Chuck Todd and the Hilarious Ohio Math

If history tells us anything, Ohio's results will be difficult to come by tonight at any reasonable hour. However, Chuck Todd is now saying that there is a real possibility in a close result in Ohio that Clinton could win the popular vote and end up losing delegates by 1. It is times like these that I wonder if this system has lasted so long because things are usually finished far before we get into the curious, later states and their curious systems.
