Oh ho, James Leininger. Aren't you a card! You have a plan to make school vouchers more palatable, eh?

Leininger says that his plan will leave ten percent of the money allocated to each student with the public school district when they do. What he fails to mention is that, already, our schools don't have enough money. Discussing the ideas behind ideas is all well and good, but no one ever likes to talk about the real economic impact of new policies on existing systems. Probably because it's not much fun to do so.
