We're going to talk more about this, because it is the kind of thing that puts me into a severe temper: the Bush administration is engaged in a full and heavy PR battle against the federal media shield bill, so much so that they have even launched a website against it.

And if we need another lesson in why a Democrat in the White House is better than a Republican, I'll take this opportunity to point out that the judge in the Locy case also serves on the FISA court.
So we at least know how one particular judge on that court views which way the information ought to flow in our society, right?
