When I look at the Republican presidential candidate pool for '08, I think to myself, "You know, something's missing. Yes, we have a couple of folks going for the 'authentic Conservative' label, we've got a couple of wannabe liberals, and a bit of obligatory scandal fodder here and there, but still, something's missing. They need some flash, some pizazz... boy, running another movie star would really put some pop in that lineup!" My prescience never ceases to amaze me.
Stephenville Hosting KKK Rally

The KKK will be rolling into Stephenville March 17 to hold a rally at the Erath County Courthouse. The City of Stephenville will be shutting down a number of streets around the courthouse to facilitate the event.
Nevada Democrats Pull Out Of Fox Debate

First John Edwards, and then everyone else: according to the Politico, the Nevada Democratic Party has pulled out of a Democratic Presidential primary debate that was going to be co-hosted by Fox News. Edwards declined to participate, specifically because of what we all know about Fox News — that it produces content that is undeniably biased against progressives. I'm sure there will be more on this story as the weekend progresses.

We have all heard of extreme examples of homeowners associations filing lawsuits to prevent homeowners from building walls, painting their house the wrong color, or parking a RV outside the home year round. We have seen pictures of Santa Fe, New Mexico where almost all the architecture is the same. Imagine if the guy next door decided to go green and put in a big solar array in his front yard to capture the energy of the sun.
