Not too long ago, I wrote in this space about Joe Jaworski, a candidate for State Senate in District 11. He was in Dallas last night at a fundraiser coordinated by Russell Langley, and he continues to impress: the out-of-district event last night brought in about $30,000 for his campaign.

The primary schedule is starting to get pretty ugly. On the heels of New Hampshire's hinting at a December primary as we mentioned yesterday, the Iowa GOP has set the firm date for their caucus at January 3rd, and South Carolina Democrats want to move their primary to the 26th.
