Giuliani Leaves The Race

After a disappointing finish in what was a must-win Florida primary for Giuliani, NBC reports and CNN confirms that Giuliani is leaving the race for the Republican presidential nomination.

The sources state that Giuliani will be endorsing McCain on Wednesday. A Giuliani drop was predicted by many even before the campaign's confirmation, due to Giuliani's not having won any states as well as to the tone of his Florida concession speech, which was described as having "an air of finality" and echoing some themes of McCain's speeches.
