Voting and Whatnot Plus Anecdotes

So there's a primary going on today in Pennsylvania, and lots of people are getting out to vote. Never you mind that there's over 150,000 newly registered Democratic voters in the Keystone State. Consider this instead: on the news this morning, a correspondent for MSNBC reported that at a precinct in suburban Philadelphia, 17% of everyone that is eligible to vote in that precinct had already voted by 8:30 AM. I don't know what the turnout is like everywhere else, but that seems to be pretty heavy.
