Three More GOP Congressional Retirements

In the tumult of the last few days, some things have slid under the radar. Here's one of them: 28 Republicans (so far) are retiring from Congress rather than running for re-election.

What's weird is that I've swung around to where I feel like my outlook for the Republicans this year is quite a bit rosier than their own internal numbers show.
Cynical? Me? Never!
