As Executive Director for the Texas League of Conservation Voters, Colin develops and implements the electoral strategy for TLCV targeted state House and Senate races. He consults and advises candidates on strategy and messaging for conservation issues, and works collaboratively with other organizations and interest groups to advance an environmental public policy agenda.

Colin has been involved in electoral politics and legislative policy since 2001. He served as Communication Director on David Bernsen’s statewide campaign for Texas Land Commissioner and served as Legislative Director for state Representative Lon Burnam. Colin also serves on the Board of Directors for the statewide environmental non-profit, Texas Campaign for the Environment. He has a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. He has been executive director of TLCV since December 2005.
