Cash Crunch?

News broke earlier today that the Clintons loaned $5 million of their own dollars to Senator Hillary Clinton's campaign in the run-up to Super Tuesday. On the heels of that announcement, the New York Times blog The Caucus reported that Senator Clinton was considering another loan to her campaign due to the cost of the Super Tuesday contests. Yet later this afternoon an anonymously sourced report from Mark Halperin at The Page indicated that some of Clinton's senior staff are voluntarily going without pay.

Super Tuesday was definitely expensive, but I hate to tell the candidates that Texas is an expensive place to campaign, too.
