A Cautionary Tale from Me and the CDC

The CDC says that not enough adults are getting vaccinations these days. I have personally found that to be both true and hazardous in the last 24 hours.

I didn't get a flu shot, and now I have the flu. So take it from me, kids: eat your vegetables and get set up against whatever infectious diseases you can. Especially since, as my doctor told me, the delayed cold of this winter is somehow sparking a mini-pandemic of a nasty strain of influenza.
