Define "Campaign"

The AP is running the story, "Clinton To Campaign In Florida." Yet the article also explains that she's not.

You may recall that after Florida and Michigan moved their primaries to fall earlier than allowed by DNC rules, both those states were stripped of their delegates. Additionally, all candidates were asked to sign pledge cards stating that they would not campaign in those two states.

Clinton attended two private fundraisers in Florida yesterday night. Though the AP may call that "campaigning," the DNC does not — the DNC clearly defines "campaigning" in its rules to exclude fundraising events, and went as far as to repeat the exclusion on the pledge card the candidates signed.

So it may simply be that Obama's accusations toward Clinton of breaking the pledge are based more off of her earlier accusation that Obama is breaking the pledge by buying airtime for TV ads in Florida than anything.
