Giuliani In Serious Trouble

Now the question isn't whether Giuliani will win or come in second place in Florida — new polls show Rudy now being beaten by Mike Huckabee, shoving him into fourth place.

I'm not sure that Rudy could have recovered from finishing a close second or even from pulling out a narrow win. A fourth place finish seems like a death sentence. Sure, this is just the one poll, but none of the other polls look good for him at all. Now it seems like the best Giuliani can hope for is a distant third.

With a crushing loss like that in Florida, almost all hope for winning New York evaporates for Giuliani, and so too does his candidacy.
