Light is the task where many share the toil. - Homer

There are more than 100,000 Veterans in the South Texas border area, and even in northern Mexico that have to journey several hours to obtain care they earned from the Veterans Hospital in San Antonio. For years the VA has had a new hospital in its plans and Senator Hutchison has made numerous promises. Yet these Veterans still struggle year after year to see those promises honored. The Last Patrol is a great organization that's organized marches from this area to San Antonio. This year they are going all the way to DC! I'll pass on more information and background as I get it.
