Stephenville Hosting KKK Rally

The KKK will be rolling into Stephenville March 17 to hold a rally at the Erath County Courthouse. The City of Stephenville will be shutting down a number of streets around the courthouse to facilitate the event.

The rally is in support of Tarleton State University students who were recently criticized for inappropriately mocking African Americans during Black History Month. The KKK will also be demonstrating against illegal immigration.

Over time it has become less popular to be racist, to hate African Americans and Jews. As a result, KKK membership and activism has been on the decline for some time. It is not the organization it once was. However, illegal immigration and Muslim terrorists have become their new rallying cry and recruiting tool. Let’s hope Americans don’t allow themselves to fall victim to fear. We haven’t progressed this far only to start turning back now.
