Dunnam Takes Action on TYC Abuses

I just acquired this press release from Rep. Dunnam's office calling for a conservatorship of the Texas Youth Commission. The former leadership is in no small amount of trouble as more of the story unfolds, and now that cover-ups have been discovered at a second facility, this is just going to get worse and more heads are going to roll.
