Well, no wonder foreign policy is hard. I suppose I'd be pretty grouchy at the Bush administration too if I'd been a friendly nation that they tried to browbeat into supporting U.N. resolutions that were against my interests, and then "rejected, mocked, and even punished" me when I didn't. Don't we know that bullies never win?
