Every Middle Eastern regime knows that. That's why they've all been investing their oil fortunes in the real estate and financial sectors billions of dollars at a time. They're taking advantage of the off-the-charts spike increasing their worth in the short term to make purchases that will maintain their value in the long term. Wouldn't you do the same?
