From Litigious Grandparents to Litigious Creationists

Last week we discussed a bill that is in committee in the Texas House that addresses the odd-sounding issue of "litigious grandparents". Continuing our discussion of things Texan and litigious, the Dallas-based Institute of Creation Science is suing the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board over the Board's denial last year of accreditation for the Institute's Master's of Science program in Science Education.

Apparently grandparents suing their kids over access to their grandchildren is a bad thing that requires legislative intervention but a religious institute suing the state because its contrived degree program doesn't meet basic requirements is a good thing.
