the republicans are stooping pretty low just to stop things from getting done. at least come November it will be easy to argue that it is the republicans who are wasting time on the hill, not the democrats.

Don't forget John Boehner's prize-winning bit of Doubleplusgood Newspeak:

"The majority has taken, once again, their go-it-alone policy," Boehner lamented yesterday. "It's time for Democrats and Republicans to work together."
