Sen. Kennedy Diagnosed With Brain Cancer

Doctors for Senator Ted Kennedy say the senator has a malignant brain tumor.

Sen. Kennedy was rushed to the hospital Saturday morning after suffering a seizure at his home in Cape Cod. His wife and children have been with him since awaiting the diagnosis.

The prognosis for such a brain tumor depends on the specific type of tumor; average survival can range from less than a year to around five years.
