Massachusetts Senator Edward Kennedy has died of brain cancer at the age of 77.
...The torch will be passed again to a new generation of Americans, so with Barack Obama and for you and for me, our country will be committed to his cause. The work begins anew. The hope rises again. And the dream lives on.

Forgotten WWll veteran!!!!!

On Friday 30 October, we lost a World War II veteran in Weslaco TX. He was laid to rest at Highland Memorial Park in the same city; with absolutely NO honor guard! Being a disable veteran myself, this was especially disturbing to my patriotic soul. I stongly believe that each and every one of us who served our nation has earned the right to be laid to rest by our fellow borthers in arms. Severino L. Rodriguez was more than just another WWII veteran who passed..... he was my hero. I myself will learn to play Taps and will honor him myself! God speed brother... You will never be forgotten again....
