Bill Kelly is the Chief of Staff for State Representative Ellen Cohen in Houston. He served as Cohen's Campaign Manager in 2006 when she defeated incumbent Martha Wong by the largest margin of any challenge in the general election. Kelly has worked on the successful campaigns of Mayor Bill White in 2003, State Representative Hubert Vo in 2004, and Council Member Peter Brown in 2005. He also currently serves as Vice President of Finance for the Texas Young Democrats. Kelly was born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas, and is a 2002 summa cum laude graduate from the Honors College at the University of Houston.
