Fox News is reporting that New York Governor Eliot Spitzer will resign this evening after a report showed ties between Spitzer and a prostitution ring. Spitzer made no mention of resigning during a statement to the press earlier today. More as it comes.

Now it turns out that one of the two children sleeping under the watchful eye of future President Clinton is a seventeen-year-old Obama volunteer and precinct captain. The Clinton campaign purchased the stock footage featuring Casey Knowles from Getty Images. Knowles, who was unaware of the ad until her family caught it on a "Daily Show" parody, joked that she should do a counter-ad with Barack Obama. According to this AP story, the Obama campaign has already contacted her.
