It shouldn't come as any surprise after the massive primary turnout we've been seeing, but a new AP poll shows that more people are identifying as Democrats these days while Republican rations remain stagnant. That could explain some of the unexpected possible Democratic victories in yesterday's SUSA poll.
Ron Paul Talks of Exiting the Presidential Race

In a new Ron Paul video, the Republican presidential candidate tells his supporters he is focusing on the next phase of the “revolution,” but to continue to cast votes for him at the polls.
Paul received sizable internet support and attained 14 delegates to go into the Republican convention. Paul says a run as a third party candidate would be too expensive, and is more or less out of presidential politics for now.

Clinton Gets Major Net Fundraising Boost

Barack Obama brought in $54 million in Feburary, but Hillary Clinton just pulled off her own fundraising feat. Between Tuesday primaries and yesterday, she gained $4 million from online donations alone, bringing her online total for March to $6 million so far.
John McCain is Grumpy

John McCain is apparently tired of hearing about that meeting with John Kerry when they discussed McCain possibly running with him in 2004, and laced into a New York Times reporter for asking him about it. Why would a reporter ever want to ask the Republican nominee for president about a little thing like that?

White House Press Secretary Dana Perino told "Fox and Friends" yesterday that she can't remember the press asking her any major questions about Iraq since December, though she admitted that recollection “might not be precise”.
Michigan, Clinton Differ on Re-Do

Michigan is planning to do a caucus, according to the DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee. But Hillary Clinton is likely to object. In this US News interview, she says she won't accept a caucus in Florida or Michigan, citing unfairness to the voters of Michigan and Florida who already voted.
