Chavez Loses Constitutional Referendum, Will Be Out of Office in 2012

Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez has just publicly conceded today's constitutional referendum, which among other things would have ended term limits for president and allowed him to run for re-election in 2012.

The standoff at Clinton's New Hampshire campaign office is over. The suspect exited the office, took off the bomb, and was quickly arrested by police.

A man reported to have a bomb took hostages at a campaign office for Hillary Clinton in New Hampshire. The police have the building surrounded, and apparently the suspect is demanding to speak to Senator Clinton. We'll update this as more comes to light, but until then, turn on your TV.
