Walt Disney Company v. People of the United States

Voting and Whatnot Plus Anecdotes

So there's a primary going on today in Pennsylvania, and lots of people are getting out to vote. Never you mind that there's over 150,000 newly registered Democratic voters in the Keystone State. GM, UAW Relations on the Rocks

In labor news, GM and UAW continue to have some rough days. The current ongoing struggle largely concerns local agreements on overtime and work rules. The strike at partsmaker American Axle must be also be considered as a strategic underpinning — as well as an undeniable influence — on other sets of negotiations.
